				The MOMS Club® of Loveland North offers its members a variety of activities. Monthly Meetings: Once a month we hold a members meeting to introduce new members, discuss MOMS Club® business, and plan upcoming activities. Members rotate nursery duty, if necessary. Nursing babies are welcome at any event, even Mom's Night Out. Meetings are a great way to meet other members. Check the current calendar for the event at which the monthly Members meeting will be held. Playgroups for Every Age: Check out our current available playgroups to see if one fits your schedule and children's ages. These are not the only playgroups we have! You can contact the playgroup coordinator if you have a specific day/time in mind and she can help you find one. There are playgroups forming all the time! Field Trips We have field trips once or twice a month. Previous activities have been: Butterfly Pavilion in Westminster, Children's Museum in Denver, Fit for Fun in Fort Collins, Pumpkin Patch in Longmont and the Denver Zoo. Helping Hands: Our members generously volunteer to bring meals to new moms after they come home from the hospital, or in times of need. This is a fabulous way to get involved and meet other members. There is a definite bond between our cooks and our new moms! Babysitting Co-op: We work on a system of points for our babysitting co-op. We do not exchange any money. Points are earned by being a sitter and providing care. Points are spent by using a sitter to care for your children. It is a great way to get some errands done or have some "ME" time. We moms often don't take the time for ourselves we deserve. The babysitting co-op is a great way to do this without feeling guilty about spending money for a sitter! Leadership Opportunities: MOMS Club® offers leadership opportunities for its members. Playgroup coordinators, board positions -- inquire with any board member for details! Mom's Night Out: We have an organized event just for moms every month! Some activities include Dinner and a Movie, bowling, ceramics, and pajama parties! It is a great stress reliever and guarantees a great time with great friends! Club sponsored family activities: We have a Spring Banquet to announce our new officers and celebrate all we've accomplished during the year. There is also a summer barbecue for the entire family to attend and a special holiday party for the mothers. The kids love the Mother's Day and Father's Day crafts where they can create a special gifts for Mom and Dad. Your dues fund these great activities! The kids just love them! Mom Activity Groups: We are always open to new activity groups; some in the past have included cooking group, craft group, book group and more. Currently, we have weekly playgroups arranged by the children's ages. We are always thinking of new ways and activities for our members to meet and families to have fun! Stay tuned for more fun!
